"Home At Last"

My origin

Now I am a Showcase Jewel, a crowd stopper, a thing of beauty; but it was not always so. There was a time I had no uniqueness, the days before Eric Munson Willow Two Beads, a Cherokee flute maker.

Originally, you could say, I was just another tree. My outside was rough, harsh, and compared to my peers, perhaps a little unseemly. An excellent disguise of my truth.

Only the wind stretched me and sang through my leaves. No voice had I.

Willow Two Beads saw me, hiding in my layers of bark which protected me from all elements.
He heard me, an echo in his mind.
